We accept most forms of payment.

We warmly welcome military and diverse clientele. Home, hospital, and after-hours consultations are available.

We invite you to call or email our office for more information concerning your legal matters and to schedule an appointment.

 SERVICES PROVIDED

Comprehensive Legal Representation

Some cases cannot be resolved without going to court. For cases that cannot be settled, we will vigorously represent you as we compassionately guide you through the legal process.
We adapt easily depending on the type of case and/or client and opposing party. In other words, our goal is to personalize a strategy that you are comfortable with and will be successful!  We prefer to settle most matters outside of litigation. Obviously, it is cheaper for you, less combative, and if there are children involved, a great relief to them. However, if the case calls for court, we will be a "pit-bull" advocate. We enjoy people in general, so we are as responsive to a client who requires a more holistic or empathetic connection, as we are to a no-nonsense business person who wants a realistic breakdown of their case.

Limited Scope Representation

Often there are cases that don’t require an attorney to do everything for you. With your help, you and your attorney can work as a team on your case. For these cases, we offer Limited Scope Representation.

Sometimes referred to as “unbundling”, Limited Scope Representation means that you and your attorney share responsibility of the legal aspects of your case.  An attorney will help you with part of your case while you do part of it yourself.

With Limited Scope Representation, you can hire an attorney to work with you in the following ways:

-       You gather all the “facts” of your case and ask an attorney to draft the paperwork to be filed with the court;

-       An attorney can prepare or review all your paperwork while you attend the

hearings/court appearances;

-       You can do all the case preparation yourself and hire an attorney to represent you in court;

-       An attorney can coach you on law, procedures, and strategy while you prepare all the necessary documents and represent yourself throughout the case.

Limited Scope Representation offers you the advantage of being smart and efficient with your time and money.  Together, you and your attorney will agree upon the scope and extent of the relationship, as well as cost of services.
